Compliance Support
Under compliance support services we help groups and individuals establish companies,design governance structures,register the companies with the government,procure all necessary regulatory licenses, file annual returns , produce audited financial records, make tax returns and advise these businesses on various regulatory requirements from time to time.
Fund raising Support
We support the companies under our programs to develop financial proposals for funding and further link them with various financial institutions and suppliers who grant credit lines.Being joint venture partners, we participate in structuring and negotiating the best deals for companies under our programs.
Managerial Support
Being joint venture partners, we relieve our partners of the rigors of managing a company by deploying our resources to support the top and middle level management of companies. This mostly includes stakeholder engagement and business development. This creates time for our beneficiaries to engage in other social activities and also take care of their communal duties and family obligations.
